Patent pending. U.S. Patent Application No. 19/382,164. Claims 1–20 were allowed in a Notice of Allowability mailed August 7, 2026; the application remains patent pending until issuance. Patent status does not eliminate customary risks regarding issuance, validity, enforceability, scope, freedom to operate, or commercialization.

Service usage may be supported by SeaSpot Protocol Credit (SSP). No SSP offering is open through this website.
Custom-branded products may include an appropriate patent license, with scope and terms defined in the governing agreement.
A SeaSpot product sale is contemplated to include the patent license required to operate and commercialize the acquired product, subject to definitive agreements and counsel review.
Potential structures
Subject to owner approval, discussions may include acquisition, strategic investment, exclusive or field-limited licensing, joint development, distribution, infrastructure, or channel partnerships.
Qualified diligence after NDA
Qualified parties may review patent records, product demonstrations, release history, acceptance evidence, source and software inventory, security materials, completed Testnet records, known limitations, and proposed transition support.
